Traditional Chinese shadow puppet designs

I took the classic western vampire lore and adapted it to a chinese aesthetic. the vampire puppet (red) is based on the architypal warrior character in chinese shadow puppet shows. I changed the design to include certain references to his vampire nature. (the garlic and bat motifs for instance) the other character represents a sun deity. He is holding a coin with the radical 日 (ri) which means day or sun in mandarin.
